rm packages.microsoft.gpg

cat /proc/sys/fs/inotify/max_user_watches

sudo vim /etc/sysctl.conf

Add this line to the end

/etc/sysctl.conf

fs.inotify.max_user_watches=524288

sudo sysctl -p
